I will set up my trusted GALAXY ON CHNL <36>, WHO KNOWS.

In my area where I live 36 is our home channel. However unless we have good propagation condition's I doubt if we can here each other. 73'S from DOUBLE NICKEL 55 |

Yes skip for 2 days now.I have been communicating with OHIO and MICHIGAN on SSB, actually a good bunch,NO nonsense as on AM.

Hey Dale, for years I have tried to listen for you when skip is running. so far no luck.. For lower ssb I am on 38. I go by double nickel 55 There have been a few others to use my number and some are foul mouthed with an attitude. They are fakes I am a Christian and you will never hear me talk trash . I am 1 state away from you. What are you going by now. You have a number or still using HOTROD? Anyway yes propagation is back I usually try to be on by 8:00 at night. So if you hear me give a shout. Or anyone else I love to make new contact's and friend's. Have a Blessed Day and Week end |

cb.. i still go by the numbers 454 in the keystone. i slso use 38lsb most of the time ..locally and dx.im a christian also so you wont hear garbage coming outta my mouth either.thru the week im usually on 38lsb 7pm till about 10pm..weekends on and off all day

Thank you my friend and brother in Christ. Glad to know your operating hour's. I have a Maco 3 element beam horizontal for my SSB use. When we get more propagation I will give you a shout. It's FRIDAY, no skip in SOUTHERN INDIANA, it has been in though this week. I did get as far as PHILI on chnl 36 USB.
Hopefully it pops in again. NO garbage here, that's why I stay on SSB, still the bunch on am with filthy language.
WOW CHARLIE BROWN a beam,sounds good.
Keep on listening from INDIANA.
By the way am on HAMSPHERE also. With ham call.

Hello DR boozo, With my MACO 103c beam horizontal I make better and more DX contact's than I do with my IMAX antenna. A lot of people don't comprehend what I am about to say so here it goes. I live in an area with very tall mountain's. So I ran my antenna line 750 foot to my antenna's that is on the first point of the mountain. That is not the highest point but that is where the best signal is. Now on my line I use what is called 750 TV line that the TV cable company use for their main line. ( They give away old line they take down but now they use fiber optic. That is the lowest loss cable I can use on my budget. I can't afford heliax hardline. Now here is something to think about. With such a long run and with so much signal loss I use the MACO 103c beam to make up for the loss. See the beam has so much gain and it multiplies signal it improves the signal many times over the IMAX OR THE ANTRON 99. NOW THE TV CABLE IS 75 OHM and it is a mismatch for the radio that is suppose to use 50 ohm. I have a MFJ 3k pep antenna tuner and I get the SWR down to nothing. The swr is there on the line but it just fools the radio lol. However it does improve the antenna system. If I had to do it over I would had bought a MACO 5 element beam. Anything bigger than 5 element's is just over kill for me. GOD BLESS ALL AND HAVE A BLESSED DAY |
