3wheeler, I hope this will help you. Check out CB Trick's -- Defpom Radio Mod's and last but not least for a bundle and load's of information you might want to invest in the Radio Mod's book's that are also on CD. Also they sell them here at Copper. They not only cover a wide range of radio's and different mod's but they also have mic wiring information on different radio's and mic's. The reason I had told you this is I do not know the answer to your question but this will give you knowledge at your finger tip's and you will not have to wait for someone to respond. I am sure some other person will respond soon that does have the answer. MERRY CHRISTMAS 3WHEELER |

He said the radio was a Browning Mark III in the title of his post. No you won't find an adapter for that radio and I wouldn't want to use one on it anyway as that plug has 115 volts on one wire. I've changed several from the two pin to 4 pin and have one now that I've changed. My email address is in my profile, if you will contact me I will try to help, even make a picture of mine and send it if you need it. I wouldn't want to give a wire color to pin diagram because Browning used different color wires sometimes in the same model radio. With that voltage present you could blow your mike if you get it on the wrong pin. |
