Not sure if it's been worked on, but I do see what looks like a few dry joint lower right side.

The board is from my 2950 DX3 radio I purchased a few years ago. I purchased it locally marked as NEW from a store that work on radios. The radio was on display already fine tune & aligned works great. No scratches it even had the plastic film on top but I've always had a feeling like the radio was previously used/worked on.

It's on there. I have seen many pictures & videos of other 2950's and I see the white stuff splattered on new radios.
