Thanks for the welcome back...missing this place and radio in general. Once my Yaesu broke I kinda took a break then life got in the way...nothing out of the norm...just got busy.
Got involved with a local firearms forum recently on which a local brought up CB radio...well long story short we'll call it FULL Circle!
Shack is back up and running hard..just need to send the Ham rig out for repairs once I find someone!
Still so sorry to hear about Lonny.

One of these days we are gonna have to try 10m again. I can do 20m but anything else has to wait till spring  my longwire came crashing down in the last snow we had I am usually found on .385 when dx is rollin as my 430 doesn't like AM fer some reason But if I am in the van, the cobra 200 and I can be found on .385, 13am/ssb and ch.4 am  Would be kewl if Pat showed up sometime soon LOL

10 is open every day the last few weeks, will park on 28.385, to see if anyone is on on Sundays.
Would be nice to hear some CEF guys/gals and have more obtain their ticket..so easy anymore a few days of studying and take the test.

Although there isn't really any CEF nets going on some of us still hang on to the Sunday Times and Freq's.
With that said the CEF 10 meter Freq is/was 28.360
But I'll try 28.385 and hope to hear you. |

Hey Starface, Gonna try to visit the forum more often like I used to. Life has just been keeping me so busy these days.
In process of packing up the house preparing to leave central indiana to hopefully much further south. My family and I want to just pick up and move to Florida for a new start. If only I could find a decent job down that way we be gone tomorrow!

May have to look in archives for those old post about hating galaxies. It was all in fun.
I've been a member here since 2003. I was getting copper magazines back in the 80's. Hopefully, the sunspot cycle is arriving and we can all blow the dust off our radios.
