i did a mod that went rong now i need help to get this thing working again!i posted in the ask the tech section under Modifications the topic (More power out of cobra 148gtl) if you read the posts you will be able to find out why it went wrong and mabe help me get this working again! thanks for any help

just another thing, now radio turns on and has no recieve or tx and once in a while makes a brrrr sound from the speaker!so i have no clue what parts i need to test,thanks again

Have you checked the voltages on the pins of the regulator chip ?
