I have used one of these mics in the past on a Saturn Turbo and a Cobra 2000. To me, they are a replacement for the sadelta echomaster mics. They are basically the same design on the inside, but with the Galaxy name on the front. The mic seemed to work good on both radios as I had good audio reports. the echo in the mic seems just like every other echo mic I have used. You can easily adjust most everything on the topside of the mic. If memory serves me correct, there are 2 adjustable pots on the bottom. One is for echo and the other is for audio. If you can find one for less than 90 bux and it's something you want, get it. Anything over 90 bux and your getting ripped off. Another thing you can do is a google search or a CQoogle search as either one will be very helpful. I hope this helps as I never owned it long enough to do a full review and it was a cpl yrs ago.

I received my galaxy echo mic yesterday and i already love it. I've asked for mic checks and they all say the mic sounds really good.

I got 1 last week and returned. Sounds good but I found out isn't made or authorized by GALAXY so what that tells you? It's just a mic with not much quality but.... |
