1309's or 1419's are the audio output transistors. What your looking for is RF output transistors and they are towards the back of the board or the rear of the radio located in the center. The driver should be labeled 2166 or 1306 and the final should be labeled 2312 or 1969. The numbers could have the letters sc before them, just depends. Off the top of my head I can't think of any other driver-final combinations for that type of radio. Kenny CEF491 Reading the mail around Indianapolis Indiana!

Probably has 2SC1306 driver and 2SC1307 final, and most likely the mod that was done was just the basic one, do a Google search for PLL 858 mods it will show you what you are looking for. Bob VE1CZ/CEF451 Robert L. Spicer The days of radio are just beginning!
