I bought a MFJ-1275 about a year ago , and im thinking i should hook the darn thing up. Well its setting on my radio desk (Thats a good start) and looking and i see im going to have to move my computer near the radio. (major job) Oh well anyrate im clearing a spot. Now that iv moved a bunch of radios and power supplys around im thinking i need(More Room !) This is crazy just for a little box!!!!! This is not going be a one day move, even if it is in the same room. (What a mess i made) cables all over the place! It looks like a electrician nightmare. How in the world im i going too hook it all back up??????? I hope you all are getting a good laugh Now i know why a waited so long to hook it up. Maybe a little work each night after i get off work and maybe next weekend with a little luck it might be all hooked up . So how many of you run digital modes? Also any of you have this (MFJ-1275) and do you like it? Also what mode do you like? I think psk-31 and rtty sounds like what i want to try first. Any help and suggestions would help me alot. Im shure when i get it hooked up im going to need help and sked a frec. with some one to see if its working! 73 A soon to be digital mode operator Hal~Moderator136~KCØSVC CEF#0136/CEF HAM#23 ~ CVC#0004

I run some digital on 20/10 and 80m using a home made interface. I general run SSTV or PKS31, but do use the other modes at times.. I'm sure once you get it all together you'll have a ball..I'll keep an eye open for you on the bands Simon Tech237 N7AUS

I do have 2 pc online but mine will be offline for a few days - Or maybe more!! I found some things that need to be more organized such as coax and cabel ect. And also some new connections! Also thinking about a shelf or 2 above my radio desk. Dose it ever STOP and have to have more room i doint think so! I will keep working on the reorganization and hope we make things a little bit better. All this work i hope it works: Just for this little edee little box that dose a whole bunch - PSK - Rtty- Slow scan and you name it. Looking forward to digital mode. Hope we get it up and running soon. Thanks for the replies. 73 Hal~Moderator136~KCØSVC CEF#0136/CEF HAM#23 ~ CVC#0004
