ANYONE HAVE THE WIRING COLORS THAT HOOKS UP TO THE CONTROLLER THE ONES THAT COME OUT OF THE ROTOR ARE IN ONE JACKET NO NUMBERS. BUT THE CONTRLLER HAS 1---8. BOB |

What ever one you hook up to the control you hook up to the same on the rotor.If you say put red on #1 on control you put the same red on #1 on the rotor and so on.You should be able to find the wiring codes on Google. Bob Robert L. Spicer The days of radio are just beginning!

THERES NO TERMINAL STRIP ON THE ROTOR UNLESS ITS INSIDE THE ROTOR ITSELF ALL EIGHT WIRES COME OUT OF THE ROTOR IN ONE JACKET THOUGH A RESTAINING CLAMP JUST DO'NT WANT TO OPEN IT UP TO SEE IF THERE ARE ONE |

I took the terminal strip off of an extra I have and here goes. #1 there is a naked red wire by itself attached to #1. #2 blue wire.#3 there are 2 naked red wires together that go to #3. #4 black. #5 white. #6 naked green wire. Hope this helps. Maybe if they did not reconfigure the naked wires. The naked wires I am speaking of are tiny. Perry..Also I noticed you said yours is 8 wire. I have 2 HD73 rotors and mine are both 6 wire, so this may not help you... |

On the bottom of the rotor,there should be a black cover with 2 screws. Remove those screws to access the terminals.

BTW, as stated earlier, it doesn't matter what wires go where, as long as they are the same on both ends.
